Americas Best Value Inn Vacaville Napa Valley

High deposit fee!! Booked online, so it was a hassle when they asked for credit cards, cash and my id. When I didn’t have those things they denied me my room. Lucky I live locally so I went home, got my things and came back. The room was actually pretty great! It was clean! Spotless even. The AC worked great! Compared to other places in my town, this is a great choice! Also it’s centrally located. You can walk next door to nugget market and go shopping at the Nut Tree (that’s what I did) there’s so many restaurants there. Con: there was a homeless man riding a bike in the lot but police did come out promptly.

Budget Motel but place is very quiet, i have stayed twice now first time a girl checked me in and she was very nice and helpful. 2nd time was a man not as great of personality but he was nice and assisted me in a professional manner. For the money i would say this is a great place and value i wil, stay again when in town for business.

Enjoyed my stay. Continental Breakfast needs improvement, maybe more of a variety including hot scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hot potatoes. Rooms are very spacious and clean, equipped nicely. The parking has easy access to rooms. Thank you for your graciousness, we will be back you have our business.

We stayed here for five days as we were having some remodeling done at our home and had a good experience. Room was clean, employees were nice and beds were comfortable. Thanks for a nice stay!

This place is great! It’s clean, and all rooms have microwave and fridge... free continental breakfast... it’s not a Hilton but I didn’t pay a arm and a leg either. It is affordable and met my needs. I stayed at Quality Inn on my last visit to Vacaville and that place is gross. I took a chance on this place and glad I did. It’s close to all the shopping you could ever want! I recommend this motel if you are on a budget.

I would have to say this place is very relaxing. I travel a lot for work and as an entrepreneur I need to my expenses low. Front desk staff is very nice and the housekeepers. You get what you pay for and a little bit extra on top with customer service. If you're on budget definitely stay here its close to everything and the commute to larger cities around was easy. Plus the outlets mall is right around the corner.

The room was great, it was clean and safe. The location was awesome being right near gas stations and several restaurants. The front desk was super happy and the free breakfast was great. I totally recommend this hotel.

I would like to go out of my way to really give 5 stars to Americas Best Value Inn because I am not from the area i relocated here due to a family emergency and the employees here have been extremely helpful. They are great staff and the General Manager is a very kind person. The morning staff and afternoon staff and night staff are very wonderful people. The room is very clean and large and all the appliances work very well. I have traveled all over and I give this place 5 stars and I publically want to say that this is a good place to stay. My young son and I appreciate the professionalism and kindness from all the employees here at this location!
